Matthew Berman is a serial entrepreneur with a track record of establishing and scaling digital, technology, and media companies. As the founder and driving force behind media agency Emerald Digital, his leadership has propelled the agency to award-winning status. Prior, Berman co-founded online video platform Chunnel.TV with WPP. His collaborations extend to prominent brands like Fireball Whisky, Delano Hotel, Heineken, Louisiana Seafood Board, Hennessy, and many more.

David Polinksy

David Polinsky is a dynamic and seasoned entrepreneur, whose expertise spans the tech and bio sectors. As the founder of TheLaw.com LLC, Cornerstone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and The Gift Box, Inc., he has demonstrated a flair for pioneering new frontiers in business. Currently steering the financial helm of Rafael Holdings, Inc., a NYSE-listed company, as its Chief Financial Officer, David’s acumen in managing complex financial operations has been instrumental in scaling the company’s growth.

Jared Neutel

CTO

Jared Neutel is a dynamic CTO with a rich background in strategy, communication, and problem-solveing, working in tech as an entrepreneur and engineer for over 12 years. He has grown and led technical teams for 6+ companies and started two successful ventures. Jared bootstrapped Neutech: a senior software staff augmentation team crafted to directly address the needs of Seed and Series-A level SaaS companies. Jared also co-founded Tixologi: a growing fully venture backed blockchain based ticketing platform.

Simmy Kustanowitz

Simmy Kustanowitz, an Emmy-nominated TV producer, brings over 20 years of rich experience in the entertainment industry. As Vice President of Development and Original Programming for truTV, he has been instrumental in shaping the network’s profile with hit series such as “Impractical Jokers,” “I’m Sorry,” “At Home with Amy Sedaris,” and “Adam Ruins Everything.” His tenure at truTV, beginning in 2012, highlights his knack for creating engaging content. Prior to this, Simmy made significant contributions as the Supervising Producer and Head Writer for MTV’s “Silent Library” and as a writer for “Total Request Live.”

Before Barefoot Media, Bill was pivotal at Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment as Senior Vice President, Global Digital Business. There, he led initiatives in content licensing, channel development, and partnerships. His career spans influential roles at EMI Music Publishing, Sprint, and SBK Records, marking him as a key figure in transforming digital media landscapes.
